Service Rates
  • Estimates: No charge!    Inspection / Investigation Fee $75.00 per Hour, 2-hour minimum portal to portal charge will apply.
  • Minimum service calls billing 1 hour broken down into ½ hour increments after the first hour. (i.e. 1 hr., 1 ½ hrs., 2 hrs.,  2 ½ hrs., 3 hrs., 3 ½ hrs., etc... ).
  • Hourly rates: Straight Time Residential  (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) $75.00 per hour, Overtime (O/T) rates at $112.50, with a 1 hour minimum that applies to straight time and 1 hour minimum applies to O/T rates during normal business hours and portal to portal charge will apply. Residential Calls consist of single-family dwellings and apartment tenants.
  • Emergency Service calls  "After Hours" (4:30 PM to 6:00 AM) 2.0 hour minimum overtime rate charge will apply.
  • Hourly rates: Straight Time Commercial  (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) $65.00 per hour, Overtime (O/T) rates at $97.50, with a 1 hour minimum that applies to straight time and 1 hour minimum applies to O/T rates during normal business hours and portal to portal charge will apply. Non-Profit Organizations will be handled as commercial accounts.
  • Southern California Home Improvement Services rates: $85.00 hourly rate - Overtime $127.50 hourly rate.
  • Emergency Service calls  "After Hours" (4:30 PM to 6:00 AM) 2 hour minimum overtime rate charge will apply.
  • Credit Cards accepted are Visa and Master Cards with a 3% handling fee added to total bill.

Response Time

  • Normal Response Time within 24 hours (1 day) for Non-Emergency High Priority calls. If a Non-Priority we will schedule a time for service at your convenience.
  • Emergency Response Time - High Priority Emergency calls within 2 hours or less depending on conditions of service. Time and a half rates may apply to call. Non-Priority Emergency calls are handled in 6 hours or less and overtime rates may apply to call.
  • Regular Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays).
  • Regular Service Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on scheduled work Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) If service is requested after 3:30 PM overtime rates will apply.

Our friendly, professional staff will arrive in a clearly marked service truck and wearing a uniform with an Identification Badge letting you know they are here to serve you with pride.  

VISA and Master Cards are accepted with a 3% handling fee added to the total bill.

Regular Office hours:
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

Regular Service hours:
7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on work scheduled Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If service is requested after 3:00 p.m., overtime rates will apply (see Service Rates)
